Breakfast was good The person at the desk when we check in wasn't very nice basically threw the keys at us never told us where elevators where also didn't like that something crawled across my face in the middle of the night that I grabbed and threw across the room totally grossed me out

Disappointing

My flight arrived a day late due to cancellation and they gave away my room and gave me different bed configuration even though I had called them to let them know. The man on the phone was rude and obnoxious. He said that since I only had 3 people in my room - I should be grateful to even have a room since I was a day late. Worst customer service.

We found fake eyelashes in both of the beds (none of us wear them…), the pool was extremely cloudy and musty smelling. The first room they put us in had a leak in the bathroom as well as a leak from the fridge & smelled very musty. They were more than happy to relocate us to another room but overall it was just okay.

This place was beautiful calm and safe

Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful! Only bad was the odd musty smell we would smell on the first floor mainly. Our room was spacious and clean. My son liked the pool. He swam for an hour and a half or so. We would stay again!

Great stay. Nice & helpful staff. Large variety of breakfast items. Room was huge.

We found cockroaches in our room. They offered to move us to a different room with a king bed when we needed the two queens. They then wanted to charge us for checking out of the hotel early. We said no so hopefully they don’t our card. They owe us a refund. I did not eat their breakfast and I was not able sleep not knowing if there would be anymore.
