The breakfast was disgusting. The coffee bar creamer would not work. They would not replace it. We couldn’t open it. Would never stay to Hampton again

I asked them to change my room and for a new room on the third floor, opposite side. There wasn't a smoke detector in my room just the wires, and it was quite noisy with other guests. The front staff were helpful with checking in (although the checking in system wasn't working when I checked in, not their fault). The breakfast was good. But overall I wouldn't stay here again.

Location Smell of cleaning products terrible in bathroom in room. Very strong chemical smells. Some areas of hotel smelled like vomit. Room not ready until 4. Not very good value if you can’t get into your room at the check in time. Staff didn’t best they could. Expected more from Hilton.

Hot tub broken Laundry room flooded Housekeeping never came after three nights of stay Ants found in room at 2 am Moved to a different room at 2:15 am No running water for an entire day I checked out a day early because of the water situation. I still got charged anyways. I shouldn’t have been charged for the light we had an ant problem also. Extremely disappointed in this hotel.

Clean and nice staff Bed was comfortable but need better pillows

We loved our stay! Staff was phenomenal, accommodating and friendly! We got to swim in the pool it was nice. The rooms were clean and everything was good!
