Warehouse Hotel

The restaurant was convenient. Unfortunately, upon arrival, our room smelled strongly of marijuana, causing us to need to switch rooms. There was no hotel gym accessible to guests only. Outlets in our room did not work. Parking less than ideal, with a very full lot and long walk to hotel entrance. Security to building lacking, as anyone from attached athletic center can enter hotel floors.

Other than the noise level at times and the pillows and bed not very comfortable wasn't a bad hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff was friendly.

First floor. Water pressure very, very weak. The shower head very old and flimsy. Light fixtures by the beds had rust on them, were not secured, very loose, crooked. Rust on a door frame into the shower. The deadbolt inside lock part was missing. Pillows were so terrible we could not fall asleep. They were rock hard, felt like stuffed with rocks. All chunky inside, impossible to sleep. All of them. Breakfast for $30 is horrible. Coffee one of the worst ones i had in hotels. Stuff did not even ask how was our stay upon check out . Probably did not want to provoke my feedback. The good thing was only 12 min to capelli soccer fields. Interesting fact, when we were checking in, the guy who was checking out in front of us was demanding a refund. Probably for dame reasons like ours. They called cops on him. That is all you need to know about their concern about customers’ satisfaction and conform. Not sure how they get a glowing reviews on expedia. Absolutely horrible. Will never go back and do not recommend to anybody.

Good place

We were there for an event at spooky nook so it was extremely convenient. Everything was excellent except the breakfast buffet. The food was fine but it wasn't much more than the Continental breakfast that we get for free at other hotels. There was no option for people who would not need a $15 meal for breakfast.

Nice hotel

The absolute most unclean room I’ve ever stayed in. I was so glad I was there for my son’s tournament so we didn’t spend much time in the room. There were blonde strands of hair all over the sink and bathroom. In the sink, down the drainage hole that makes sure the sink doesn’t overflow, it looked like someone threw up in it and it had all types of old food and lettuce coming out of it. When I went to brush my teeth and spit in the sink, I saw it and almost threw up. Lastly, the remote was the nastiest I’ve ever seen, full of food and crumbs all in the numbers. I didn’t sleep well at all. I was scared I was going to catch something in there. Just gross.

Nice place and very convinience for parents who took their kids for the tournaments.Love it.

Everything was well cleaned and maintained. Very convenient for attending a basketball tournament right at Spooky Nook.
