Orchid Garden Suites

The bathtub in our room is so slippery i almost fell and hit my head in the bathroom wall. Something has to be done with this bathtubs. The smell of the hallway is not as good as the smell of the lobby area. Also housekeeping was late, when we left our room at 11AM i put up the please make up room sign, we have come back and still housekeeping has not been to our room, it was around after 6 pm i think when they finally came.

The room is clean and comfortable to stay. The breakfast was good. Hope next time there is beef tapa and tocino and bacon. Thank you. nothing

I appreciate the breakfast buffet and the menu which happens to be different each day. The staff were very courteous, polite and quick to respond regarding inquiries and assistance. Also, we didn't expect the TV set to be small and dated, plus the internet connection was quite glitchy. We requested for the Tech personnel to address our issue since my kids and I had to work or do some online tasks, but it took us 4 follow-ups before they went to the room and addressed our concern. More importantly, we expected our room to be cleaned during our 2nd day and night, we were out the whole afternoon and came back to see our room was not tidied. Hence, we did not bother anymore as it seems the hotel was understaffed, and the place was packed.

The staff & service was excellent. The food was excellent too especially breakfast. The toilet was too small. Cleanliness of the room needs to be improved.

Staff are very accomodating, The ambiance is good for people who want to experience old classic like vibe with nature other than modern style. Due to high amount of reservations and ongoing stay, and demands of costumers, experience of stay may have affect the overall quality of service. Such as maybe lack of staffing and not getting all room service done daily, lack of parking when people have cars (should be well explained on advertisement) for inconviency purposes of future costumers.

The location is great. It’s near the PICC, where we attended the graduation ceremony. The buffet breakfast is also very good, considering the room rate.

The room could’ve been more cleaner.

​We stayed overnight in a Family Suite, which was absolutely perfect for us and our four children. A huge highlight for me was the continental breakfast; I was so happy to see them serving crispy danggit with fermented suka (vinegar)—a delicious touch! The next morning, my daughter and I took a dip in the pool. Swimming under the shade of mango trees with a cool breeze blowing was incredibly relaxing. The staff offered us towels without them asking, bravo! ​The location is very accessible to local parks and convenience stores. We even walked to Harbour Square for dinner, which turned out to be a fun little adventure for the whole family. The only minor issue we encountered in the family suite room was a broken bathroom door, but we managed just fine during our short stay.

They combined 2 beds to create a king size bed. It was uncomfortable because of the uneven section. But the rest of my stay was superb.

the buffet is good, room is huge. everything is outdated, wifi is very poor on certain room spots. some front desk staff is rude, with matching rolling of eyes.

Something in the room felt itchy and dusty, so the first night i wore clothes that covered me from head to toe. But after the first night it didn’t happen again. When i started the airconditioning alot of dust got released. But all this wasn’t such a big deal to us!
