The neighbourhood leaves a lot to be desired. Advertising with spa and gym but didn't have these facilities

Good location. Desk manager Nancy was nice They need new bath towels. The ones supplied were too small and thin.

Everything was great. The staff throughout were helpful and polite. The gym has good equipment. Nice small pool to cool off with and a sun deck. The breakfast was good eggs to order with some different options hot coffee and toast is all I needed. The price is only 300pesos so very reasonable. The room is very clean with black slate floors and bathroom also,makes for a clean environment. No dirty carpet in the room. The shower was hot,good pressure. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean no stains. Toothbrush shampoo water are provided. Small deposit,but most hotels have it now,at least the good ones. Short walk to the largest Robinsons mall in Asia. Tons of restaurants. Good value and the Hotel I will stay again!? Not much. The usual noises outside. It’s an area where there are bars. Didn’t really annoy me.

Was all ok and as expected. I had all facilities around and the area was ok. Can't complain. Everyone in the hotel were polite and nice. Room was good. The internet connection was very weak and had often interruptions. Don't know the reason for it. Additionally, I missed signs to lead a guest to the pool facilities and other possible open places at the hotel.

Location because it’s near the mall Bith rooms I booked needed to move to new room because it’s moldy.

Near the mall and easy to find They tried to give us a moldy room that hasn’t used for a while, need to ask the front desk to change the room. They did it to both rooms i booked.

The hotel staff were awesome and very professional. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Not enough light in the room and the circuit breaker for the shower kept popping.

We stayed overnight on a short transit though Manila - never actually left the property but the restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast. Staff was helpful in arranging airport transportation. Room was clean but older - a little musty and room lighting was very dim. Hallways and elevator did not have AC but restaurant and rooms did.

Windows are like nonexistent, so it is sooooooo noisy.... The deposit process of 1.000 pesos is out fashioned hence annoying

Housekeeping was fantastic, our housekeeper was very responsive and professional. She did an outstanding job. Security/doormen at the front were also superb. The front desk staff, likewise, were professional. The only issue I had was with one particular staffer in the restaurant. She told me certain things I ordered could not be taken to my room, however those items were on the room service menu for the same price. Then, the next morning, she told me I wasn't allowed to take my wife's breakfast up to her (she was watching our two babies). She put a damper on our stay.
