It was a lovely property, the staff were so very helpful to me, i accidentally took a charger with me when I left, that they lent me, when mine wasn't working. I feel so bad about that.

Quiet place, big room, friendly and helpful security.

Good location, can walk or get a taxi or rickshaw to many sites nearby - eg robinsons mall, intramuros, rizal park, museum. Zoo is walking distance away. The street is nice and quiet. Room was nice - the aircon worked well. Room and Bathroom expectations were within the price paid for the room. Would be nice to have a kettle, tea, coffee, milk creamer etc in the room.

The staff was very helpful in changing the dates of our stay without additional charges. The shower head is so low I had to shower on my knees ?. But unfortunately this is very common in the Philippines. And me being a Dutch Iam quite tall.

Nothing unfortunately It was dirty smelly, nothing was working right, they take only cash though it mentions card on booking.
