Nothing beats a place if it’s clean. Staffs are very approachable and accommodating. None .

It was most accessible. You can leave your luggage at the concierge even after check-out; staff was accommodating for that purpose. I hope they also allowed us to freshen up as a group even so early in the morning despite booking just one room. We weren’t going to stay long in the room together anyways. They do not allow more than 2 people at a time in the room beyond a certain time and before morning even to freshen up.

Just location Staff arent having proper ettiquettes keep calling my room for asking such as whats my plate number and to update my keycard, I did asked them as well as booking.com to stop the payment for my extension night as we do have a very bad experienced in our first night, they cant do anything at all. I did used all the rfp tools in half of my youth so i knew if theres a valid reason and unpleasant experience they will consider it, unfortunately none make an action. It was the most nightmare experienced we had in that hotel

None Someone will call to ask for useless things like update my keycard and whats my plate number, the reason i extend earlier so they wont bother now i dont want to extend because what i experienced in first day they do not cancel it they have a crispy towel that will hurt your skin, i will never recommend this hotel now am forced to stay because am deducted.

The room design was very neat and the lighting options were nice. I liked the front desk staff. I also like the accessibility. There were some cockroaches in the cupboards and bathroom. There was also no hot water in the shower. I was also disappointed that the room service ends at 7 PM when on the menu in the room it says 11:00 PM.

Nice hotel with comfy bed and lots of space in the room. Good location for going to the main sites. Quite a noisy street outside and advertised as breakfast included, which it wasn't.

Our room was missing the divider for the shower.

Very modern fresh clean rooms. Had a real quality feel. A real find in Ermita. Great Hotel but other residents were having parties in their rooms .When I raised the concern with the reception desk they said “this is a party hotel” I did not find this helpful and it didn’t state that when I was booking on booking .com. It’s a shame. A luxury feel would be so much better.

Room was clean. Had nice furnishings. Good water pressure in the shower. Unbeatable location - very close to Robinson mall. Very helpful staff. Breakfast not included. I didn't try the cafe next door but it was recommended to me. But on the whole, it was all good.

Hotel was close to restaurants, convenience stores, and Robinsons Manila. It's also a few meters away from a LRT station. Room was worth the money. Air conditioning is working and strong and able to cool the room. Bed and its sheets were clean. Room also had complementary coffee and an electric kettle. Fridge was also available for use. Bathroom was also adequate and comes with hygiene kits. Towels were provided and were clean.Toilet comes with bidet. Shower has hot and cold and has sufficient pressure. TV was pretty limited to Youtube and Netflix (use your own account).

only location because it is accessible if you have meetings the said government offices around the area. Poor Wifi, Late check-in due to poor coordination, no hair blower and disposable slipper. Also, the restaurant is always close.
