Beautiful place, great people and a very delicious breakfast

The grounds were beautiful, with a great pool and nice shortcut to the beach. Once we arrived we were able to leave our car parked and just walk to all the major attractions. The entrance to the national park is right beside. The staff were very helpful with a lot of details that made the stay feel luxurious. Our kids didn't want to leave!! The breakfast buffet was great too! Love it all!

The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. My fiancé was injured before arriving at the hotel and they immediately got her a wheelchair and disabled parking spot, including giving us extra time at hotel due to dealing with the injury. Francisco (receptionist) and Alejandro (restaurant server) as well as other staff were very accommodating with everything from the beginning until the end. There was no negative with this hotel.
-
Pool was pretty much empty the whole time we were there - not sure what they can do to make it more inviting
-
The drain flies were very bad.
-
The gym was dirty .

Close to the beach Clean and comfortable

Location is great, free parking, great breakfast, sunset view Breakfast starts too late (7am) No hot water in Jacuzzi Hotel staff communication issues: the receptionist promised that breakfast will be open 6-45am , they didn't open until I went to reception and asked again

Great hotel, the pool was a lot of fun, the breakfast is plentiful and amazing, all the staff were so nice. Literal next door neighbour to the national park, and they setup a guided tour for us. They give you beach/pool towels you can replace anytime. You can order drinks by the pool very resort like and then walk around town for dinner. Nice view from the rooftop terrace. The walk to the beach is just along a public path, so it's not specific to the hotel. It's not bad not long, just not what I except. The hotel could use a little love, it's showing its years. The prices of the restaurant in the hotel are quite high, and the juices we ordered by the pool were from concentrate and not great, I thought they would be natural.

Location next to park, view from room. They let us stay a little longer, very appreciate Outdated forniturrs, they were doing some renovations and was loud

Breakfast was great including the staff, pool was nice but the jacuzzi is not warm which was a little deceiving in the pictures....room was nice with a fridge and coffee maker...I didn't like the bar of soap so bought my own body wash....small mini mart close to hotel...saw lots of monkeys, birds and iguanas. The gym was terrible....treadmills did not work and they were missing half of the freeweights....spa and onsite restaurant were overpriced as well

The hotel was right next to the entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park, which was super convenient. There are also restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurants were good, and the staff very friendly. The pool area was nice also - they had a swim up bar. I also enjoyed the spa and had a wonderful 90 minute deep tissue massage. The bed was comfortable and the ocean view from the room was great. It was very clean. I got there early in the day and had the hotel provide a taxi to pick me up from the airport and bring me to the hotel, so they knew what time I would arrive (10:45am). However they did not let me check in early - they made me wait until 3pm. I'm not sure if this is because I booked on booking.com, or if this is always the policy. I got a massage and hung out at the pool bar waiting for check-in, then it started pouring rain. The bartender at the pool called the front desk to ask if I could check in early, and they said no, 3pm. So I was stuck outside in the rain for hours. Then when I finally checked into my room at 3pm, there were towels folded into animal shapes, and the toilet paper was folded decoratively with like 15 folds. Surely I would rather have checked in early than wait outside in the rain for the cleaning lady to make the toilet paper pretty. Also I was in room 505, which is right under the rooftop bar. The swinging door the bartenders use to go back and forth from behind the bar was very loud, and I could hear it in my room when I was trying to go to sleep. It was so loud I thought people were playing table tennis above me the first night. The bar closes at 10pm so it was quiet after that. So I would not recommend staying in room 505.

Next door to the national park need 10 Monte’s walking to the beach. The staff are awesome super nice and professional but the facility was old

Hotel borders the national park Manuel Antonio, and is steps from the beach. Monkeys in the trees in the morning and iguanas running around. Great breakfast, and nice rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants. Noisy staff in the morning, and Wifi that did not work in the bathrooms.

I love the location. It was right next to the national forest. The beach was a short walk. There was lots of shopping and food all around the area to walk to the pool was beautiful and there was wildlife everywhere. The hospitality was fabulous!! During our 3 night stay: three different types of monkeys , iguana raccoons all outside our balcony. On our daily walk to breakfast, we could see different lizards, iguanas, a family of bats, a super cute green frog, and actually some Herbert crabs walking around here. I have absolutely no complaints about the property

Breakfast was just ok, jungle view was not as expected. It was of apartments next door.
-
Walking distance to beach, huge pool, monkeys and parrots and iguanas surrounding the hotel, food was ok. Ok parking, great staff, clean, very happy with everything the rooms were huge and for once in CR the showers were hot with lots of pressure! Bed frames were squeaking
-
Nice layout with excellent views from top restaurant. Nice large pool with several smaller shallow options around the sides. Breakfast was good with many options, great fruit too. Room and bathroom clean and spacious and staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi did not work in the room on any device. Only could get it to work if standing right by the door. Told staff but nothing changed.
