Hotel Villa Prats

Great location near beach, very clean, plenty of coffee and breakfast foods. Staff very friendly. Atrium was nice quiet oasis away from the street and beach activities. Room could have used more towel rods, hooks, etc. for hanging wet towels and clothes after being at the beach.

Literally a minute walk to Manuel Antonio park entrancece. Friendly helpful staff. Super thin walls.

Daughter mentioned that sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable.

The rooms were very nice ? I was there for couple nights and I like it I was trited very nice the pool was just how I like it ? Food should be a little better. ?? The pinto has a Big pieces of onion ? that wasn't really good. ?

The property was close to the national park, restaurants, shopping, and it was safe and adorable. The beds were amazing. It had a refrigerator in my room. Breakfast was delicious and included. The pool was well maintained. It was a beautiful place.

Location: This spot is amazing if your main concern is easy access to Manuel Antonio. It is literally next door to the park gate. It is really nice getting out of the tour and being right at your hotel. It also makes meeting up with guides very easy. There are tons of restaurants near by and the convenience store is less that 30 feet away. Beach access is also close by. The surrounding area is quiet very early in the day (7pm) which makes it great for families or travelers who want peace and quiet. If you're looking for something closer to Quepos maybe this isn't the spot for you. The town is a 15-20 minute drive out. Other popular spots such as rainmaker and las damas are about 40-50 minutes away by car. Parking can be a tad complicated depending on how many guests are there, and the area is a tight squeeze, but i always felt safe parking!

So close to the beach! The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were small for four people but totally manageable. The showers were not the most up to date but completely functional.

Next to the park entrance, walking distance to the beach. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit. Staff are super nice. Room is small and Furnitures are relatively old. However it doesn’t bother much as we are outside most time anyway.

It was ok Thight parking

Tina was an excellent host, very personable and very accommodating. Also this is pretty much the closest you can get to the park and steps away from the beach - great location. Free breakfast was pretty good as well The place is a bit rundown, which I am 100% ok with for the price, but others may not like. There was some water dripping into the shower from above (probably the shower in the room upstairs?). Also, the air conditioning unit has a super bright lights on it, and pressing the "LED button" on the remote only turns off half of the lights for some reason (not necessary Tina's fault, but it made it difficult to sleep with the entire room illuminated)

You had to run the water for 30 minutes before it got hot.

Location is great

We were here for 3 nights and did not require the use of the car after arrival. We parked it at the hotel and were able to enjoy the beach, restaurants, and Manuel Antonio National Park by walking to them. They were all very close to Villa Prats. The breakfast served at Villa Prats is a very nice traditional Costa Rican breakfast, with eggs, rice, black beans, fruit, fried plantains, coffee, juice, and toast. Cereal with milk was also available. It was a nice way to start each day. The easy access to what we wanted to do while in Quepos was extremely convenient. Occasionally, the WiFi network was a little slow. This was not the case throughout the day, but at times during the day.

Location is super! Parking space is small and limited.

You can’t beat the location —literally 3 minute walk from the Manuel Antonio park entrance. Staff are nice and breakfast is amazing! Definitely a more casual place. There was a slight smell
