The room is clean, comfortable and a good size. We stay there many times due to the convenient of the location.

Clean , great check in My room was on the 3d floor The fire alarm went off I called front desk to ask if I needed to evacuate and the clerk said “ I don’t think so” what kind of answer I’d that ???

The bed felt clean. the breakfast was decent. The carpet felt damp and unclean. The AC had a bad odor, maybe the filter was dirty? My kids room was even more smelly from the AC unit and the carpet felt unclean and damp as well.

There was what appeared to be dry blood at the foot end of the bed. I took a picture of it if you would like to see it. We returned to the room late at night and were very tired. When I pulled the covers off, that is when I saw the stain. Had to put a towel oreturned to the room late at night and we’re very tired. When I pulled the covers off, that is when I saw the stain. I love staying at LivINN in St Paul, Minnesota. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is always great. And when running low, it’s immediately refilled. It’s nice to travel knowing you have a wonderful location awaiting you. Convenient to sights like the Snake Discovery, the State Capital. Etc.

I always enjoy staying there when I go to Minnesota. They're friendly, it's clean, and they respond to any questions or concerns timely

The location is good - close to both St. Paul and Woodbury. It was easy to find. The lobby, breakfast room and hallways are modern-looking and clean. Our room was really humid and smelled odd. About half of the towels were musty and unusable. The bed was softer than I prefer. Being close to the highway, traffic was occasionally loud.

Grimey carpet floor. Bed linen was clean however. No vents in bathroom. Bath faucet handle was hard to maneuver. Had to assist my teenage kid and her mom to turn it on and off. Remodeling looked cheaply done.
