The hotel has a great pool and a VIP area with large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden — very pleasant! The hotel itself feels a little dated and, in my view, doesn’t fully correspond to the price of the rooms

We loved our stay in this hotel! Beautiful setting, comfortable amenities, great staff, nice room and little treats almost daily, including for our little daughter, were much appreciated We had a Premium Double Room with Frontal Sea View, it was a bit smaller than what I had expected, but still very nice with a breathtaking view. We enjoyed the promotion they have with Audi (free electric car for the day) though the process of reservation via the app did not work (was quickly resolved by a staff memeber) and the car was not washed, but still it allowed us to visit beautiful Mijas nearby. Overall, no complains, would love to return!

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, I was especially impressed with the evening turn down service and the little gift of chocolate or sweets left each evening. We received a lovely welcome by the reception staff and were offered a glass of prosecco on arrival. We were also granted a later check out time to accommodate our evening flight. The choice at breakfast was exceptional and the service was superb. We enjoyed all the facilities that the hotel had to offer and made good use of the indoor pool and gym. The hotel's location was idyllic and our room had stunning views over the hotel gardens and out to sea.

Great location on the beach 20 mins walk to Puerto Romano and 20 mins to Marbella old town Beds could have been better. They really need to install blackout curtains into all the rooms & improve beds comfort. They could also add muesli/granola to their breakfast & also smoked salmon or similar for non-meat eaters.

Breakfast was very good.. Good choice of fruit, eggs, toast, croissants, cereals. Would have been nice to have some yoghurts apart from natural flavour. Room was lovely. The most comfortable hotel bed ever. Location of hotel is excellent with nice beaches within one minute from the promenade exit. The grand cafe ‘Cappucino’ at the promenade exit is a great spot for morning coffee or people watching and has an all day menu. Also ERRE restaurant in hotel is a lovely dining experience. Very good gym

Location - perfect close to the beach and promenade. Nice restaurant and lower cafe on the promenade. Disappointed not to have been informed in advance about which rooms were included in the ‘Loyalty Club’ requirement for access to the first floor.
