Parking and unloading luggage is a challenge if you have more than a small suitcase.
-
The bed was incredibly firm and the pillows were very thick. But other than that we loved our stay!

Paula from the reception was very welcoming. She provided help with parking from the second we entered the hotel, she informed us with all information on hotel ametities and gave recommendations for restaurants! She made us feel at home! She is very professional and represents the hotel in the best manner with her positive attitude and big smile! I would highly recommend the hotel to friends and family! Absolutely nothing.

We spent some considerable time trying to choose a hotel in Marbella, and we chose this hotel for it's location and from the photographs. We found the location to be awesome, it is 200yds from the beach, 100 yards to the old town, 1 mins to the bus stops and located on the main road, which we thought might be noisy, but unless you went out onto the balcony you could hear nothing. The room was a super size, with a kettle and complimentary teas and coffee sachets. I was suprised to see that you could watch BBC/ITV and all the English channels on the TV. The bed was super comfy and the air conditionng was super quiet and efficient. The shower was one of the best I have ever used in a hotel with a handset and overhead fixed rose, bags of hot properly, thermostatically controlled water with a really strong pressure. I spent too long in there to be honest, but it fab. Oh and what a clever arrangement for not being disturbed / make my room up, all from a switch in the room that lights up a panel by the the door in the corridor. OK so the breakfast, what a breakfast!!! Located on the 1st floor you have a view to the gardens, very comfortable tables and chairs equipped with olive oil Salt and Pepper. The food was extremely good, a complete choice of hot full breakfast with everything available from 8 or so serving trays. The cold section even had smoked salmon, the pastries and cold meats were really good. There was a bowl of crushed fresh tomato to make Valencian toast The juice section had a pressing machine with a basket of oranges to make your own juice freshly squeezed. If you stay here book the breakfast, you won't be disappointed. Upstairs on Floor 5 was the open air sky bar, with a small pool, we went once but decided it was a little chilly in March, which you would expect. This is open to non residents, for a live rock band on Saturday's only till 20:30 though fortunately and a happy hour on Wednesday's. Well It it is difficult to actually think of anything we didn't like to be honest, perhaps the evening or lunch menu could be a bit more exciting to entice you to dine in, but that's about it

Staff are lovely. The hotel is in an excellent location. The hotel is very, very clean! It was difficult to find the parking as there is construction under way that confused the issue. We were helped by staff to find the location.

Location, comfort, cleanliness

The hotel was in a perfect location. However if you are driving by car be aware that it is very difficult to stop outside and unload your car. The hotel website states that they have secured parking, what it doesn’t say is that it is on a first come basis. The parking is quite a long walk from the hotel if you are carrying luggage. It will cost 15 Euro for the night and is in the residential parking area of a multi story car park. The hotel is very modern and very clean. Good breakfast. The location is perfect. However, we found the bed and pillow to be very hard and uncomfortable for our comfort.

Parking is confusing and if one has a big car, it is very difficult
