Location No hot water at night time,they don't have iron in the room they have 1 iron only to whote hotel to use,they don't have parking and closest parking 500tl for night parking heater not working tv super small and I had to ask tv remote to bring to room also they close the hotel doors at 12 am and you have to find them to open the door for you.There is a better places to stay and cheaper price.

The location is amazing! Right in the middle of everything. Parking was a bit tricky but the hotel staff were great with helping us manage that side of it. Aircon was a lifesaver. Terrace was awesome as well. Such great views from the hotel terrace. Staff were helpful.

The location was good The breakfast was disappointed. And also the terrace was closed.

The location was perfect, staff were great and helpful. It is old with old furniture. It wasn't that clean.

It would be nice to have coffee or juice for the breakfast, the only beverage available was tea

Location was great. They actually upgraded us to a room with a balcony which had a fantastic view. That made the place all the more better. Main reason I booked the place was because they said they had a kitchen which they did not. They shouldn’t just list it if they don’t have the facility. Also housekeeping never cleaned our room during the 3 days we were there.

The location is really good in old town, it’s safe and walking distance to where you want to go. The view is exceptional from a room with a balcony It’s a little bit old but for location and price you get passed it.

The hotel is located on the main touristic street. The size of the room was good. Bed linens were clean. Everything else was horrible 1. We were meant to get the room with balcony, but we did not. The hotel manager explained that they had a problem with the drainage and gave us a bigger room instead. But we were not informed about it in advance, even though we had the communication with the hotel prior to the arrival. 2. We needed an extra quilt which we got only after asking the 4th time. The staff was keeping forgetting our request. 3. The hotel personnel was meant to move our car, which was badly parked in front of the hotel, to the parking lot, but the staff was too slow to do it until we had to strictly request to move our car to the proper parking 4. The drainage system was not working well, the water was not draining in the sink and in the shower 5. The shower was very low pressure. It was difficult to have a shower. 6. The shampoos and body gels were missing, only hair conditioners and body lotion were present which were little bit used.. Obviously the staff does not change them for long time 7. The bins were broken, the pedals were not working and we had to open them manually with the hands, which is not very nice, Also they did not have plastic bags in them 8. The toilet paper holder was broken and it was falling off all the time. We decided to remove the paper and to put it aside 9. The staff was not helpful, they were looking tired to do anything. 10. The bed was noisy, squeaking at any movement 10. and the MOST Important - the hotel manager started flirting with me on WhatsApp after knowing my mobile number after the booking confirmation. This is ultimately unprofessional!!!

It has an architectural structure where you can sip history first.. It takes you to the past. A great ambiance in a restaurant with a view, with its perfect location, open buffet breakfast and rich food. In a city with a parking problem, they have parking lots and the valet provides all kinds of solutions. Its energy, service, location, staff were very good. The beds were soft, the water was rich and warm. At breakfast everything was fresh and plentiful. NUMBER 1

Spacious and beautiful rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great, wonderful view from the terrace. Initially the hotel said they did not have parking even though they could take the car to a nearby garage. As we did not know that and you cannot stop in front of the hotel because of the police shouting at you, we had to take an extra loop of half an hour in terrible Mardin traffic.
