There were several flight of stairs to get to the hotel from the road where the taxi dropped us off. Anyone who finds stairs challenging would not be able to reach the hotel. We do not have any challenges but the idea of climbing so many stairs to get dinner was too much and we went to bed hungry. We had no water in the morning and couldn't wash. Staff told us the whole town did not have water but we found the local airport did. There was also no breakfast (included in the booking) because there was no water.

Nice room Nice personale they come up with successions about what to se which route to take where to find butiks restaurant served vegetarian menu. We wish we had more time to explore Mardin. Everyting were perfekt
