Not so great location. There wasn't anyone when I wanted to check out the next the morning and the main exit was locked. The rooms close to the streets were super noisy at night, interrupting sleep. I stayed only one night and decided to cancel my rest of the reservation and I moved for a riad to sleep well. This should be taken into account especially when you come tired after days long desert trip. The bathrooms were full of scales and unclean.

Close to the Medina Small room. No window.
-
AC working. Hot water. Windows only towards interior. Very few English channels on TV. No elevator. No coffee machine in the room but coffee available in the lobby in the morning only.

Hamid, one of the staff, was VERY friendly and helpful to us. He is a very cultured individual and suggested us local places to eat around the city, to wash our clothes, and even to buy shoes near the hotel! The room did not have proper sound insulation and you could hear everything from outside, including conversations from nearby rooms. The window did not lock but they came to fix it immediately.
-
The room was spotlessly clean. The power outlet placements were a bit inconvenient.

Excellent location and considerate staff No breakfast option

Good place to stay in Marrakesh

This is my second review as I extended my stay. I forgot write last time, the bed is exceptionally comfortably. Wish all beds so comfy!!!

The location is perfect. A taxi can drop you right in front (not usually the case in the Medina part of Marrakech) You can walk to many major attractions. The staff is really nice. Housekeeping does a great job. Large and very comfortable bed. Some things don't work, though maybe different from room to room (I tried a couple) Perhaps poor wifi, perhaps the interior window won't lock, sometimes no hot water. etc. But it is a nice hotel, and a good value. If it were better maintained I imagine they would be charging much more.

all good nothing

They arranged a nice trip to Merzouga for me and taxi to train station.

Kind front desk attendant, answers questions. Decent location, plenty of food places, shopping, and parks/green places. Bathroom was clean and minimalistic. The window in the room didn't close, anyone could walk in at any point. Walls were thin, I would get no sleep if I hadn't taken my earplugs.

Everything is near! Is so close that you can walk anywhere from here. Unfortunately, our neighbor was talking on the phone around 2 AM, and we could hear everything due to the thin walls. And wifi was a bit weak in our room.

Really amazing and accommodating staff. Really supportive and friendly. Good location. Nice traditional style property. Very busy and congested road outside the hotel. Was a bit of task navigating with 2 pushchairs and kids. No lift on upper floors which is where all the bigger family rooms are. Other than that it's a pretty pleasant hotel.

The location of the hotel was literally 5 mins from Janaa el Fina, making it ideal for the medina and also to get to other parts of the city or tours. the beds, size of the rooms and working aircon was good. Staff was helpful and acoomodating. The place is old and run down, no frills and a cheap stay. I had requested a quite room so they had given me a room in the main hall which felt very claustrophobic, so asked for a room with an outside window and got one facing the street, which if you are not tired might take some time to sleep as there is always some activity or people talking outside, through the night. so definitely not for light sleepers. the place needs an update for sure

hotel location near to everything. bus to airport stop 3 minutes walking distance. receipting employee's very friendly fatiha and sadiq also speaking English. cleaning daily if you want. The cleaning lady working hard and also very humble. The window cartoon not cover the whole window. The little light by the bed not working. you have to get up and go to the door to shut the light.

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Narjisse, we knew we had found a special place. This charming hotel is a true hidden gem and an absolute oasis of tranquility just a short distance from the bustling heart of Marrakech. ? The Atmosphere & Service The staff here are truly what set Hotel Narjisse apart. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. From providing excellent local recommendations to arranging taxis, their service was flawless. The overall atmosphere is one of serene calm—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the souks. ? Rooms & Comfort Our room was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and felt like a true Moroccan retreat. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the attention to detail in the décor—from the traditional tiles to the rich fabrics—was stunning. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and perfectly sized.

Some pipe had a little bit clogged.

It's in a good location, an easy walk to the square and medina, there was no breakfast. It's a bit basic but you kinda get what you pay for
