The hotel is exceptional. It's comparable to several 5* I was luky enough to visit for work. The atmosphere is wonderful, the people are all extremely kind (they even waited for us until 23 for dinner), the breakfast is extremely good and complete. The dinner was exceptional and the price we paid for it was really a bargain. Probably one of the best hotels I've visited so far.

Clean, newly remodeled, comfortable bed. The BEST part of our stay were the hosts! They are two of the BEST people we met in Sicily! They made us feel so welcome! We would come back to Sicily just to see them! Parking is a wee problem.

Breakfast was great. The rooms were quite clean. They charged us extra water bottles that we did not even use. After talking with the person, he removed it from the bill, but that was a bad experience. Especially, the way he talked to us. The last day breakfast was a bad experience since they were understaff and we had to wait for a long time for simplest things or a coffee. No elevator.

Super clean, friendly staff, great shower and really extensive sweet and savory breakfast. We had two mattresses put together instead of one two-person mattress.

The breakfast was varied, the staff also asked if any of us had any intolerances. Staff were very helpful even in suggesting where to go and in which to dine in. Rooms and hotel in general met our needs. Nothing

The building is very modern. Our room on the ground floor was spacious with a fantastic marble bathroom. The king size bed was super comfortable . The breakfast was very good with savoury and sweet items, yoghurt and different flavours of fruit juice, as well as tea or coffee. We knew where it was located , so this isn’t a criticism, but you need a car to travel to Marsala. There is nothing close by to see.
