The staff was very kind, helpful, and informative, especially switching to English for us. The door/lock was a bit difficult, I also burned myself on the metal shower piece, it was scorching hot though the water was on warm…it was very small so I bumped my elbow and burnt it, my boyfriend also almost slipped multiple times so be careful! The power went off about an hour prior to us checking out but it didn’t really affect much and I’m sure it was out of the hotels control as it was unexpected.

The rooftop is open 24 hours However there is no shad, but it’s a great space to hang out if you need. The toilet seat swiveled - needs a good tightening and the bathroom hand soap dispenser were broken but still working. The lift is small but accessible and extremely slow. If you need to be somewhere quickly take the stairs.

Excellent location in the old Port and near the metro, while also quiet. The staff were lovely - friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good value. The room was small but comfortable. We appreciated the fresh towels each day as the weather was so hot. The rooftop bar had a great view of the old Port - we went up on a night the bar was closed and enjoyed the view with hardly anyone else there. The shower floor was very slippery and quite dangerous. My husband slipped and injured his back quite badly. Perhaps apply strip's to the floor or supply a bathmat.

Lovely terrace, although closed when we were there, and a great location. The lady who checked us in was very sweet. The room was quite small, but we were only there for one nught.

The rooftop terrace is the absolute best part of this hotel! The location is the second best part. And having access to a parking garage that is cost-effective was another very large benefit. The rooms are quite small, there really wasn’t much time to spend in the room anyway!

We loved our room, it was just what we needed for two nights on a budget. We made use of the rooftop terrace which was open 24/7. The view is incredible and really made this hotel stand out! Nothing we loved it!

It stays in a wonderful location, by the Vieux-Port. Very easy to go walking around. Close to a lot of shoppings, restaurants, bars and attactions. And very people there to deal with. Only one outlet on the wall to charge fone, powerbanks and smart watches.

Great central location, we were there on a Sunday for the football World cup final so the rooftop bar was closed. This meant we could take our own drinks up and enjoy the city lights. Fantastic.

The view and location was great The heat in the rooms even tho the second Saturday night we stayed they put in a fan so a little better. Aircon not working
