The staff is extraordinary, outstanding service and friendliness. The hotel and the rooms are perfectly clean. The single rooms at level 7 (elevator to level 6 plus stairs) are rater tiny and my aircon struggled a bit. Nothing dramatic and for a small price difference, I am more into standard room.

Friendly staff and ideal location near to the hospital I was attending I stayed at the other ibis a few weeks prior for slightly less cost and the room there was far nicer and of a more premium quality. I found this room to be very small amd the bed was not comfortable. If I were to visit again. I would stay at the other ibis.

The best was Mr.Brice who deserve 10/10 for his kind and prompt services : he changed the lamp in our room because the lighting design was very bad, he devotedly assisted us to book a taxi for aeroport. Thank you The worst was Mr.Elias who deserve 1/10 for his uncaring behavior : although booking.com had sent us an email approving our check in at 11:59AM, Mr.Elias left us waiting till 3:00PM outside, as there was no lobby in the hotel who was very messy and noisy day and night under construction. Besides Mr.Elias did not coordinate with Booking.com nor Accord hotel for the points provided by the booking system... Unfortunately, our experience with Ibis hotel was negatively affected due to the miscoordination and behavior of one person.

At first, our room was small with really bad smell but when we informed the staff, he immediately came to check and changed the room.

Other Ibis have better breakfast, also in France. The Breakfast room is quite small and always busy

Lovely and helpful staff. The location was a bit further away from of the main sites but it was a nice walk so not a big problem.

It would be nice to have slippers. I did the online reservation, so I expected to have a nice view towards the street.

Wonderful, clean, renovated hotel. The bed was comfortable, great linens, nice staff, and good breakfast included. The bathroom was sparkling clean and included a new hair dryer. Thank you to the great front desk man who booked my reasonable and efficient taxi!!! Zip

Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel facilities were accessible and easy to navigate, and the room was clean. The building seemed a bit old and could use some remodeling. It was fine for our type of trip but it won't impress anyone :D Some breakfast items ran out quite fast and should be replenished faster. Also, we were not impressed at all by the coffee. The room faced a relatively quiet street but occasional noise; it was okay for us but it might a problem for people who have trouble sleeping.

The sink in the bathroom drained quite slowly, which was a bit inconvenient.

Friendly staff on check-in, knowledge recommended good restaurants around the hotel. Comfortable beds, great location. When we requested a fan for the room due to the air con being switched off for this time of year, the receptionist happily assisted. Breakfast was good. Apart from the Aircon not working, all was good.
