When above the bar, can be a bit noisy as long as the DJ is there.

Localization is fine to use the tramway/subway but a bit far from any point of interest/town center. Private parking is useful and easy. Cleaning wasn’t great for the price, hair in toilet + cigarette smell in the room barely covered by some perfume.

It's Mama Shelter, so it has to be cool ? Their focus on adult entertainment is refreshing and very positive. Staff super helpful. Nice parties in the restaurant. Too expensive for not offering any amenities like gym, spa or swimming pool. Breakfast was in nice setting, but selection was a bit too standard and too expensive for 21€. And the cappuccino wasn't so nice. And you know: coffee matters. Especially in the morning. Extra points for offering oat milk, though! The surrounding was a little bit too loud, investing in better sound insulation in the windows might be nice. And yes we were spoiled: the Mama Shelter in L.A. is a place everybody loves and the food and the parties are so great, that the bar for other locations is super high.

The room is spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful The attached twin bed, to make one double bed, isn't comfy at all.

the bed was comfortable - the room had weird shape, with a table behind the bed and behind it the window - the staff insisted on paying One small suggestion, i recommend the staff to not ask for personal email address, the masked one provided by Booking.com is more enough

The bed was super comfortable and room size. The staff were really nice. We unfortunately had no hot water so the staff offered us the breakfast.

4th time i ve been to Mama s shelter and it remains one of the best hotels for me. If you are expecting a high end 5 star hotel it is not for you. But if you are into a funky , hip and authentic place, with an awsome and friendly vibe then it is definitely the place to book. I would only wish if they had a gym but that s just for me.

Location and restaurant Bad maintenance , old design , horrible plastic vinyl floor in the rooms , no room service, bathroom without body wash , shampoo etc. Why they have microwave in the rooms and not a simple espresso machine ? Empty fridge with just a bottom of water for welcome ( they don’t refresh the bottles ). And the most important is they we had to open our luggage on the floor cause they don’t provide you a stand to put it on.
