Comfortable room and bed. Nice soft towels and sheets. Overall very clean hotel in convenient location with easy access to transportation and restaurants.

Location It’s 4 star but no air conditioning And they play games And lie I want my money back . Lose all my plan I’m looking for to sleep elsewhere

The room and bathroom were very spacious, comfortable. Air conditioning worked. The room did not have a mini fridge.

The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel offers the kind of classic service we rarely see nowadays, with genuinely kind and attentive staff. The room could be cleaner and I believe the furniture is getting old.

It was an excellent stay at this Novotel. The location was great to explore the city. The morning market in front of the hotel was a very nice add-on to start the day. The staff was exceptional helpful - supported with getting the car securely parked and were available for all questions. And last but not least the staff at the restaurant during breakfast were very welcoming with their happiness and good mood - making the start into the day very easy :-) We had nothing we did not like :-)

The room was nice and clean. Garage is small and full, at least that's what staff told us. We were instructed to park at a nearby private garage, but due to the height of the car we couldn't get in so we had to remove the rooftop cargo box outside of the garage, park the car and then re-install the box full of luggage. That all with an infant and for one single night! When we complained to the same guy at the reception, he changed his mind and said that we can, in fact, park in the hotel garage. We went there and the garage was half-empty!! There were at least 6 spots available (unmarked). I felt like a 3rd class guest. Next time I will skip this hotel; better to pay more elsewhere and avoid this inconvenience.
