It was NOT in the Old Port...more like in the middle of Times Square. There was no one at the reception desk in the evening over the night. I was really hoping for an atmospheric hotel in the Old Port.

The staff were very helpful and friendly - the location is fantastic as well. The wifi was a little bit spotty in our room, but we worked around it.

Location and the staff Old. When you arrive late, no reception, you have to enter by entering numbers at the door.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was also decent for walking around the port area. Bed was comfortable, but two single beds vs one bigger one. The room was incredibly hot, there was only one small vent and when the thermostat was maxed, the air still was not cold at all. The floor was sticky. No shampoo or hand soap. Blow dryer did not work. Decor was old. I was expecting more for the price relative to other hotels in the city.

Unfortunately our air conditioning could not keep with the high temps. The staff did provide us with a fan, which was helpful.

Super lovely and very comfortable! The best thing about my stay was the staff! They are the most accommodating staff I have ever seen in a hotel. They let us check in much much earlier than 15:00. And even if they couldn’t check some of us in, we could even leave our bags in the room whilst it’s being cleaned! That’s 5 star customer service right there. Thanks for being very accommodating.

Location was great. We arrived late evening. The front desk staff was prompt, courteous and helped us with directions. Some discounted arrangement and support for parking the car in nearby location will help enormously.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. The hotel Is very outdated and in need of modernisation and general maintenance and repairs. There is carpet pretty much everywhere and the air felt stuffy. The room was very small, the wall paper was dirty. The bathroom was small and very old furnitures, the door was dirty.

The hotel was centrally located and the staff courteous and very helpful. Shame though in Booking .com to mislead those booking by rating it an 8.4. The hotel was run down, old and dirty. The hotel was centrally located. The staff was fiery helpful and nice.
