Close to beach Room very small no space even for bags. Parking paid behind the hotel

The stuff is professional and nice. Good value for the money I paid. Recommend.

The location is good, supermarket is just across the road, walk to metro in 10 mins, restaurant everywhere. Google map shows the location is not the main entrance, we need to walk up the stairs with baggage. The water pressure of the bath room is not good. The room is too small, The fold down bed is not useful as we need to put the baggage. Or it can only serves the travellers travel without suitcase. I stay in many Ibis in Europe, it is the first time we need to pay for the locker for baggage.

Location was amazing Staff was not so friendly and the breakfast was very basic with no many options. Eggs horrible.

There is no service to leave the baggage after you check out and breakfast is not as good

Location Our hotel room was not clean, no towels were provided. The sink was clogged and barely drained. The room was significantly smaller than what was shown in the photos. The staff were rude, and unwilling to help. On top of that, their inability to communicate in English made resolving even simple issues unnecessarily difficult. Despit booking.com’s clear guidance regarding all the problems I encountered, the hotel continued to shift the responsibility to booking.com and showed no interest in addressing or resolving any of the issues

Great location, close to public transport, facilities were good Aircon was maybe a bit old and dusty. Not quite as cold as I would have liked it but was fine

Location was lovely and the room had tons of cool shelves! I only stayed for one night and was a little bummed that I couldn't stay for longer. I picked this area because it was close to a shopping street and the metro-- definitely enjoyed it! Finding the real entrance (not on the port side) and going up the stairs with luggage wasn't great.

The breakfast was excellent and the location was amazing.

We could hear the music from a nearby pub or club (not excessively loud, at least), but probably most other rooms are not affected by this.

Location, price & breakfast. Very impressed with front desk and housekeeping staff; friendly, courteous & helpful. Breakfast was particularly good and fast exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. Lots of selection and the breakfast staff kept it clean and well supplied. No comfortable chairs to sit in.

The room is too small,no blanket or proper quilt provided in the room. There are only two very thin towels on the bed.

The rooms have fans, but they are NOT effective during hot summer days. We laid flat on the beds and still sweat through the night. And the lighting is super dim.
