It was a great location, central for transit and walking around. The woman at the reception was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, air conditioning worked fine and there was warm water for showering

The location is unbeatable, the room is nicely furnished and the shower is very nice. My room was so tiny I could barely move around the bed and it would be better with just a twin bed. The ceiling also had some water damage above the bed and the paint was peeling, and there was some kind of red stain on the inside of the door.

The location was excellent, just steps away from the main train station. The reception desk staff allowed us to stow our luggage till our check in time. Its a basic hotel, but good value for money. The shower and toilet separation is not great so water spills over to the entire bathroom.

Excellent location, just 5mins walk from the St Charles station No air conditioning in the room, feel very stuffy and humid even in April. Poor sound proof. WiFi is really bad and constantly offline! One male receptionist could be warmer as guests are not inconvenienced for him.

Room was exactly as it was in the pictures. Very comfortable bed and great pillows. Very clean and nice sheets. Close to train station, just walk down the stairs.

This was the only room of my trip that included a kettle which was a nice touch. It was also probably the nicest decor of the 4 places I stayed. Everything was in good working order and clean. And it might be a small thing, but I appreciated not having to hand-in and retrieve my key every time I went out. The two big drawbacks of my stay were 1) the terrible WiFi (by far the worst of my trip), and 2) the flimsy drapes that didn't darken the room sufficiently at night.

Nothing This hotel was truly not good. Dirty, especially the toilets, which leaked. The shower water was too hot, making it impossible to take a shower.

Location good close to gare st charles, room clean. Shower too tight, wifi is not working properly always slow for floor 2. The elevator doesn't work.
