Directly across the street from the train station, this is probably the best of the train station hotels in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The reception was bizarre. There were two people working but neither one could check us in? Neither seemed particularly preoccupied with getting someone to help us. It was very very weird.

The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel was extremely clean, and all of the staff including reception and housekeeping were extremely welcoming. Nothing.

We stayed in the newly renovated rooms and it is very modern, clean and comfortable. The surrounding area seems a little rough on the edges on first impression but the location is very convenient if you plan to take the train or the airport shuttle bus. The St-Charles train station is literally at the doorstep of the hotel. Since it is so close to the train station, there is a lot of noise from cars honking. Bring some ear plugs or ask for a courtyard facing room.

The hotel was clean and in a good location if you need the train station. They take a €50 deposit from you but you have to fight them to get it back (there was no reason for them not to send the deposit back in full). The car park is also very difficult to find, we ended up using another car park.

It was quiet, comfortable and conveniently situated. Breakfast was rather chaotic. Ran out of bowls, tables weren't cleared soon after having eaten. No safe parking outside the hotel for our pickup and drop-off.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful The elevator not working. Fortunately I love working out and getting as much exercise as possible but to have to take the stairs with large and heavy suitcases is never a fun experience in any situation
