The rooms are very basic and some are really small. Once the sofa bed is open it takes up the entire apartment. Very cozy for 3 people.

Well located, spacious and clean room, great breakfast Nothing

Reception was kind and the room was very clean. I don’t feel the room was worth the value I paid. I understand the location was nice because it was close to a lot of shopping and food, and that this location is more-so a hostel, but the room was so small I couldn’t even open my suitcase. There was no sink top to set my makeup or toothbrush on, no toilet paper roll holder, not even a little towel rack to put a little wash cloth on after we washed our hands. The expense I paid was more so equivalent to an actual hotel room. If the room is closer to a hostel accommodating travelers, it should be advertised a bit better and should NOT be as expensive as it is. Also, the breakfast wasn’t even free on top of the large expense. We went to visit the rooftop (which reception made seem was very open to us) the staff up top were kind of rude to us and sat us behind a bunch of plants in a corner so we couldn’t even enjoy the view. Probably one of the worst experiences I had staying somewhere in France.

The hotel location, room size, facilities, cleanliness, the rooftop bar The dovet is too warm for the summer, and the air conditioner was not working

A hidden gem. This was a terrific hotel, with an amazing breakfast, especially when you include the rooftop setting for the breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff, Great location. Some aspects were too automated and not intuitive for a older person like myself, especially the ac and some lights.

The location is superb - easy to access the Port, grocery/markets, public transportation. The concept also is fabulous; I love the idea of a mixed use property and the underlying concept of "community" as a theme. The front desk was also friendly and helpful when we had an issue with the air conditioning. While my daughter and I appreciate and endorse the environmental protocols - we certainly didn't need new towels and sheets every day - we would have appreciated trash removal and the coffee being restocked. We found the Wi-Fi to be irregular based on where we were in the hotel; it was fine in the lobby but spotty in our room. We also were surprised by noise. Ambient street noise is normal, such as scooters, vehicles, etc., but people screaming and yowling in the middle of the night were unpleasant.

Location and setup. During a historic heatwave, the air conditioning was locked in my room and the only ventilation came from a window on a busy thoroughfare.

outside were rats, the cold water doesn't work room was too small and there was very bad smell from air conditioning. street was very loud. just one blanket for room. very poor breakfast. we had voucher for free drink and was problem with it in the rooftop.

The hotel has a very good location and the reception staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and always willing to help. Whenever we requested extra towels, they were provided promptly. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the breakfast area was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. The room was smaller than expected. With an open suitcase, it became difficult to move around comfortably, as there was very limited space available. The bathroom faucet was not working properly, although we eventually found a way to use it. Cleanliness could be improved. We found a significant amount of dust under the bed and noticed a few hairs in the shower. In addition, the room was not serviced during our four-night stay. It is possible that this was due to our schedule, as someone was occasionally in the room during the morning, but no alternative housekeeping time was offered or discussed with us. Breakfast offered only a limited selection. We also noticed some ants around bottles of syrup that were left on the breakfast preparation counter. During the second day of our stay, there was a very strong sewage smell in a large part of the hotel, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, the comfortable bed, the convenient location, and the lovely view. While we had a pleasant stay, improvements in cleanliness, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast quality would make the experience even better.

Excellent location very friendly staff. Felt safe Room was small barely any space to open luggages

Great rooms, clean and great location to all the interesting sites. Staff never responded to a request of extending our stay. We reached out via booking and also directly to them. We had to do an additional booking for one night, where we had to check out and in again and also ended up paying more than the original price. That was very disappointing.

Most amazing location in Marseille. Right in the shopping center, close to touristic landmarks and local hangouts like Cours Julien and La Paine. We spent breakfast lunch and dinner at the hotel. Very recommended to first time Marseille visitors. Nothing.
