There are s few things which can be good...probably the view was nice, the bed was comfy, and the receptionist at the check in day was kind and commendable. In the Booking.com page it was written "the free transfer" and it was fake. like many things in this hotel. If you don't provide it, please don't cheat your clients. The location; the absolute absence of the swim possibility, only rocks and dirty places; it is a pure noisy traffic with a lot of crazy bikes and drunk aggressive people in the streets; the hotel is on a hill with lots of steep stairs and absolutely no elevator. If so, please mention it upfront, but I see this hotel's style of deceiving customers. As soon as I made the reservation, the money was debited from my account, and only upon check-out did the hotel tell me I had to pay the full amount. Even if the amount was frozen and I actually had to pay on the spot, I should have notified them of this upon check-in, not when checking out at 4 a.m. I honestly do not recommend this hotel to anyone with this price at least.

Beautiful location right by the water and nearby nice shops and bars. 24 hour reception allowing for a late check in. 12pm check out too which makes the morning a little more flexible Decor feels a little tired

The hotel is beautiful, perfectly located by Malmousque. The restaurant is fabulous, the staff at the hotel are so friendly and nice. I love staying here. everything was great

You have to pay attention with the garage,someone has attempt to steal from our car in the night,we filmed the guy!

It was exactly what I expected, a beautiful room with a view. The terrace was lovely. I had a delicious dinner at the restaurant with very attentive staff. Perfect bed and bathroom.

3 stars for the view. Hotel does not have parking, no elevator and lots of stairs. Staff does not help with luggage. Air conditioning in our room needed to be cleaned and therefore didn’t work. Had to keep asking for help during the night - at least we were provided a fan. What hotel ignores “nettoyage filtre” on the air conditioning in a guests room? Would not stay again and do not recommend.
