I liked the views, the location, the overall facilities. Room was clean and mini fridge and coffee was stocked every day! My room wasn’t ready until 430 pm! The staff at restaurant were HORRIBLE! I ate there out of convenience. The food was ok. The rooms need an update. Bathroom had no outlet for hair appliances! They had an attached hairdryer from the 70s! No mirror where I could do my hair!

Great location, pool was a plus although a little dirty. Quite a lot: Bathroom sinks smelt of drains, very eggy. Probably needed sinks unblocked. We found the previous guests dirty laundry in one of the cupboards upon arrival. The kettle electrics kept tripping so we couldn’t make a cup of tea. Also, probably electrically hazardous. The final straw was that on the day of departure the breakfast boxes for our early check out that we had ordered the day before were not made. I had requested that breakfast be removed from our booking, but the receptionist told us this was not possible. He said he would make a note for the manager to discuss, but we never heard from him…

Good pool, kind staff, not a bad place to stay if you wish to be near the port and the swimmable beach Kind of far away from the city center to go on feet. The restaurant was not good cost and quality ratio - the portions were small and mediocre. In the room, we couldn’t open the windows and the door handle to bathroom was broken.

Badly outdated and grimy. 90’s decor to the extreme — complete time warp and not in a good way. Popcorn plastered rooms, funky bathrooms, no drawers, no counters, gross carpet. Pool was slimy and did not look like the pictures, breakfast was awful (hug pot of freezing cold scrambled eggs — I mean did they make it the day before and pull it from the fridge?) Prices for everything at the hotel, just ridiculous. I Could go on… the blood stain on the wall by our bed was the last straw.

Friendly staff. Lovely pool with views over Fort St Jean. Well located for me Pharo, Le Vieux Port et La Corniche.
