The reviews are mixed, but the lobby and our room were nice and we had no problems. The outdoor pool was closed for a partial day with no explanation and one of the staff didn’t tell our son that there was an indoor pool, which he would’ve enjoyed. The location was safe and close to what we needed.

Beautiful clean rooms, comfortable beds, we did not get the opportunity to try the coffee but there where many restaurants within walking distance. The pool was lovely but there where no towels in the pool area because 3 children where just playing with the provided towels. Not the hotels fault but maybe a sign 2 towels per guest or something like that. I will also say as a word of warning also not related to the hotel, if your going to a show at the amphitheater take a clear bag and make sure to drive. Uber and Lyft was a mess after the concert.

Breakfast was decent, but I had to argue with the manager because she wanted me to pay for breakfast. When I booked breakfast was complementary. She watched me as though I was trying to get over on her, and being untruthful. I gave her m room# and told her to check it out. She did and found breakfast was complementary for me. No apology. Room could ave been more refreshed. The linen on the bed had a sweaty smell which lets me know housekeeping did not change the linen. I could not sleep in bed, but chose to sleep on top of the covers, and was cold the entire time. Didn't like that there was not a microwave in my room. I brought food back to my room no way to heat it up. Was not about to go to he lobby to use the microwave. Also the room was cold and the thermostat would not adjust to the temp. I sat it on. The patio door would not open, should be an instruction booklet to instruct how to open the door.

Great location, clean and large rooms, breakfast bar was really good.

We liked the location and the many options of things to do. The pool was really nice and the staff was excellent. Not being able to go out on the balcony.

The rooms are extremely small, and the bathroom was shaped weirdly and was small as well. The sheets on one bed had a huge brown stain on them. The buffet breakfast was 19.95 per person, which was a disappointment. The staff were friendly, but the rooms are in need of an update.

The rooms are small and dated. Furniture is tired and worn. Bathrooms cramped and almost impossible for two people to utilize without a gross invasion of privacy. Hallways are very long, narrow and somewhat dark. Paid a 3 star price for at very best a lower tier 2 star room. I do not recommend unless they lower prices considerably. Made me think twice about staying at a Sheraton hotel in the future.

We suffered an injury while on the property (very bizarre). The manager and even cleaning crew were so kind and helpful. Manager Rob even brought up a to go breakfast with our wheel chair!
