ibis budget Sydney Airport

Excellent location for airport, fast food nearby but even managed to walk to Mascot (5mins) for some Dinner at a nice cafe.

We did have to walk a distance with our suitcases as a Taxi would not drive the short distance from the International airport.

Walkable from the domestic terminal. About 15 mins That's all Don't expect anything. Really a budget option .

That it was within walking distance of the domestic airport. It is very accessible; the staff were polite and helpful. The venue was clean and had a small bar/food area that I wasn't aware of. There are many power points in the room, which is very helpful for charging all your electronics before or after a long flight. No USB direct sockets, though. Next door to it are food options at Krispy Kreme, McDonald's, and KFC. Planes start at 6 am and can be heard from the rooms. That's to be expected as it is directly next to the airport.

Convenient, clean and quiet. Great place to rest after a long haul flight or when in between flights. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you ?

Convenient to airport for overnight stay and cheap. Accommodation at its most basic.

The Location was great - Near the airport & close to a Krispy Kreme, KFC & Mcdonalds. The front desk staff were also very helpful and accomodating. Stayed in 2-different rooms. Bathroom doors in both rooms didn't have locks. I might be mis-interpruting the room styles, but if im sharing the room, a locked door sometimes helps. Just a personal thought.

-I went to the wrong hotel at first, Ibus airport hotel. the names are too similar.aparently under the same management but too confusing for customers. they said it hapens all the time , time to do something about it ! The last thing you want to do when you come from a 22 hour flight is go for an extra k walk in the middle of the night. -My bed had bedbugs. i am covered in itchy, zigzag lumps tipicl for bedbugs. i went home after my stay with you , now I probably have transferred them into my own bed. I am telling you so you can do something about it . my boking was under Cisca van Breenen , i believe i was in room 234, and I slept in the bed closest to the bathroom. my husband didnt have any issues. I would appreciate compensation for this discomfort. kind regards, Cisca

Proximity to the airport is very good. Staff were responsive to our need for a warmer room. The AC ran uncontrolled causing the room temperature to stay around 17C. (We were able to move to a different room.) The room was quite small.

Nice for a quick overnight stay. Quick and easy check in late a night after an event that evening. Was comfortable and served its purpose. It was a bit noisy as we were ground floor. As it is near the airport people were always coming and going.

Staff Attitude: Personnel at the counter should be more attentive, patient, and accommodating to all guests. It is important to maintain a welcoming demeanor and avoid showing visible signs of frustration. Lobby Atmosphere: The counter staff were chatting very loudly among themselves. While personal conversation is fine, it should be kept at a lower volume to maintain a professional environment for arriving guests.

Location is convenient for travelers cos it's closer to the airport It's all good

Front desk receptionist serving the evening shift, named Vivek was a disgrace, rude, confrontational and should be relieved of his duties Morning staff person , named Adrian was the opposite.

Close to the airport Parking was a problem and cost a lot.
