Swankiest airport hotel we have ever stayed at! Reception/bar area really well decorated and furnished and just generally a nice place to hang out. Staff seem genuinely happy to work here. Glass bottle provided to fill up at the filtered water points in the corridor so no plastic water bottles. Could walk here from airport in 20 minutes. Minor point but the soap came in a plastic wrapper which wasn't necessary and would be an easy one to change to move towards plastic free.

I have stayed here multiple times and it has become my go to when in the Sydney area. Always great rooms with everything you need, they are clean and well maintained. Staff is lovely and always happy to help. Breakfast buffet is also a must. No negative notes to be honest

It had a fun vibe. Some cool live music was playing one night. Liked the different room options - we had a family bunk room for our early morning flight - and we stayed in a normal bigger room on another night of our holiday. The check-in lady was very kind and helpful to patiently book our early morning taxi for next morning flight etc. The glass doors where the toilet was - although they were frosted glass to give privacy - they still felt a bit weird, would have been more comfortable with a solid door. The dining/bar area was cool, sometimes a bit too crowded at times. When there is a long line of travellers that have just checked in and they are all waiting for lifts to their rooms - it can take a while.

Clean and comfortable room, the food from the restaurant was good, the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would stay here again for an early flight. Not easy to get to with public transport. There is some noise from the runway if you are staying on the airport side, but I still slept very well despite this.
