Need to pay for $15 each person to airport.

Location clean too The shuttle bus pickup location took an hour and a half in cold night air to find it. Signage to the location is small, hidden, not identifiable, lacking information of staff to assist finding it past a long walk to first uber stop, then a further long walk under a carpark to another possible pickup spot ;was fir private pickups), then a further walk through a dark cold carpark to another spot outside barely roofed cover to wait in the cold for possibly where the transport (mini bus) from Travelodge pulled into pickup passengers. Three phone numbers didn’t help. No one spoke English clearly to assist and no answer on two numbers given.

Parking was expensive. But worse, it was vastly overbooked, with cars parked in the drive lanes.

Solid hotel near the airport. The staff was friendly. The best part were the beds. Clean and comfy.

The rooms were of a good standard and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable — probably one of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. Although the staff were very pleasant to deal with, they were not very forthcoming with information about the hotel facilities. For example, I had to ask where breakfast was served and was told it was in the restaurant. As we had not stayed there before, I then had to ask where the restaurant was located. I would have expected this information to be provided proactively at check-in.

It is a well located airport hotel, with a free shuttle bus for hotel guests to the airport (but I am not sure if it free collection). it is adjacent to an offsite airport parking station. The shuttle buses leave frequently to both internation and domestic terminals. Luggage storage available. It is a comfortable level walk to the Mascot train station and so it you are staying a bit longer than one night, great for getting to the CBD. There is a supermarket and lots on inexpensive restaurant right near the station. Highly recommend the Manpuku Ramen restaurant which is about one block in the direction of the hotels. There are a couple of other hotels a bit closer to the station but the difference is marginal and Travelodge was better value. (It was about our third stay). There is an inhouse restaurant and bar, but also a small cafe in the building but entrance is outside for a morning coffee and pastry. Nothing to dislike but is a simple airport hotel, and the local area is semi industrial/commercial, as is the case for most airports.

Room was clean, spacious and well appointed. I lovely place to stay in between flights. The toilet roll holder was very close and almost directly behind the toilet. this would be difficult to reach for people without much mobility.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The location is excellent, with easy access to major roads and Sydney Airport. The parking facilities were also excellent, with plenty of space available, including spots suitable for larger vehicles. Nothing significant. Our stay was comfortable and met our expectations.

Close to Airport with a shuttle bus available. Not too far for the train into the city centre. Restaurant good, friendly and very helpful reception staff.
