close to airport room was dirty, water jug in room was not filled or chilled and water station was downstairs in the lobby, shuttle bus was overbooked and staff were bickering with each other. It is not what you would expect for the price you pay.

It was clean and good location The Lady with the blonde hair that greeted us was rude and extremely unhelpful, we arrived tired and I wasnt feeling well, we asked if we could check in as early as possible we were treated rudely and dismissed she said we could not check in early and were told to come back at 3 ? , we were with our daughter and son in Law so went to their room on level 4 to rest, confused as to why we couldn’t check in till 3 as check in was clearly 2 on our booking, I rang about 1 hour later from my daughter’s room and was greeted by a lovely lady not the same one as before to be told our room was ready and we could check in , it would of been nice to be treated with a little more respect and courtesy considering the amount we were paying for one nights stay, we definitely wouldn’t recommend or stay again we were all really disappointed and my daughter and son in law were shocked at how we were treated and spoken to.

The Crowne Plaza is in an excellent position within walking distance of the train station. It is a very pleasant hotel with nice facilities and spacious rooms. A highlight for me were the Front Desk team who were very friendly and made check-in a breeze. They were a very warm welcome to the hotel.

Good size room, huge TV.. Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast but it was quite expensive and I certainly didn't eat its worth. The location is 15min on the train to Circular Quay, and station is only three minutes from the hotel. There's plenty of great restaurants around the hotel too. Supermarket is close too. The view.
