Everything was great

Room was nice and clean this time and staff very pleasant

The room was clean and pleasant. The sink backed up and in drained properly. The shower curtain kept plopping onto the outside. The office chair that was given to us was soiled and they give us a new one it was also stained and gross. The TVs were smart TVs but were slightly difficult to use. Sometimes I was able to watch what I wanted and sometimes I just plugged in my roku. The breakfast was awesome the one day they ran out of stuff and the coffee was always crazy strong but I just mixed a half with water and it tasted good. They gave us new towels and change the garbage can and made up our bed. It was conveniently located to Kings Island about 9:00 to 11 minutes away. It was also close to some stores where we needed to get some supplies. It was a spacious room though the switches and door locks and such were a little goofy. The staff were friendly in Pleasant though about half of them were not Americans. The kitchen was nice and well stocked with everything that you might need. There was plenty of pretty spaces outside to have a coffee or smoke a cigar. Overall, there was some need for improvement but it was pretty nice.

Breakfast ran out eay and they didn't refill. We loved the nice big room. Tub didn't drain but they fixed it by our second day.

I love the hotels, always clean and neat. The room, it's excellent. It's like home away from home I really, really didn't like it that you guys do not have local channels much as this hotel cost it should have local channels for you to be able to watch some of your favorite shows and stuff. This hotel is too expensive for you guys. Not to have that, you shouldn't have to go to the lobby. Just to watch a Pacific show or game that you like. Very disappointing.

Another guest said he complained about cold food day before to no avail. One morning 9 am fully out of all breakfast proteins saying they were slammed at pne time? what ? they dont know how to que foods for full hotel at breakfast? Had to wait 20+minutes to restock. Need better trained team! Room in suite bathroom had large ripple in wallpaper and seam problem that i wiuld expect in budget motel not a hilton

No outlets near bedside tables to plug in cellphones to recharge which they had previously. They previous had iconic photos of the Cincinnati on the walls in their hotel. Now it looks like they bought their wall art at Hobby Lobby! Checking out this morning with the GM. She didn’t even ask how was your stay? Someone from Hilton Mgt needs to come in and light a fire under this remodel and current management. As we said we have stayed at this Homewood Suites over a dozen times over the years and the over quality has greatly declined!

The breakfast and staff were amazing. Could not get the room to settle at a comfortable temperature . And the bed I slept in was extremely lumpy. Like a extremely obese person was the last to sleep on thd mattress and it was so uncomfortable. I didnt fall asleep til around 430am and was up at 7am. Tossed and turned all night.

The room was great, but the bathtub drain was very slow. By the end of a shower, you were standing in three to four inches of water.

Great experience. Joyce at the front desk was so gelpful

The room was spacious and clean. A wall between both would have made for nicer accommodations. Breakfast was okay. They need to invest in better coffee and make sure it is always hot. The last night was not so great. It seems that a ball team was staying there and they were loud in the hallway until midnight talking, running, and slamming doors. Location felt very safe. I couldn’t sleep one night so I went to the lobby to read so I wouldn’t wake my wife. The lobby lights were mostly off and the televisions were too loud to read there. The business center was also too dimly lit and loud with television sound to work in. All said, we would stay here again.

Room was remodeled and looked brand new, beds comfy, breakfast good.
