View was outstanding. Staff was great. Meals were very good

The in-house restaurant with the view, the location, the rooftop pool and the view from there. The room was very small hardly any space for three of us to move around.

Just an amazing place to stay, great food, staff and rooms. Views were great.

Property is beautiful with exceptional views. The breakfast was great and so was the food in the restaurant. The room was nice and had a great view. The male at the main desk was very nice and helped us book our excursions. Most of the staff at the front desk were rude and not hospitable. When we arrived, the female who checked us in asked what country my husband was from even though she is holding his passport. Another incident happened the next morning that I don’t want to share and not say it was the hotels fault but my guy says they had some involvement.

Views. Views. And more views. People were so nice, the pool was incredible. Bus to town literally stops right in front of the hotel. The only thing I didn’t love was that the rooms overlook the road so it can be noisy at night.

It is outside of Sorrento, around 10 minutes drive.

The views are amazing and the restaurant food was exceptional! The only downside was the unavoidable traffic noise. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Beautiful location is also very convenient ,free private parking, great restaurant and spa with free indoor pool.

All of the staff worked hard and were very good. Francesco, the night manager, was exceptional. The distance to Sorrento. We spent a lot of time waiting for the bus and paying for car service. An in- house periodic shuttle service would benefit the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent and the onsite restaurant was fabulous for both lunch and dinner!

The hotel could not be at a better location. The view from the hotel of the Isle of Capri is breathtaking. The hospitality and service was 5 star. The rooms were decorated tastefully, sparkling clean, cheerful, and let in lots of natural light. The facility was well maintained, the AC ran efficiently and there was plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure in the shower. The pool area along with a bar and restaurant was very relaxing. The restaurant offered a variety of options for breakfast...eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, assorted meats and cheeses, vegetables, croissants, variety of breads, cake and cookies. Juices, teas, coffee, cappuccino, espresso were available as well. The dinner menu was extensive with pasta, seafood, meat, and fish prepared to order. We had branzino, tagliatelle prepared with a porcini and cream sauce as well as a bolognese sauce. The portions were ample and the taste lived up to our expectations. We had tiramisu for desert...again super delicious. Our waiter, Franco, was extremely helpful offering suggestions. The staff was excellent working as a team. We want to especially thank Lucia at the front desk for arranging transportation to and from the hotel and taking care of our every need. Everything was 100%.
