We had a wonderful stay - very friendly and helpful staff who accommodated our allergies and intolerances for breakfast - we have lactose intolerance, gluten and nut allergies. The breakfast is a buffet with options for everyone. A peaceful location with a scenic view of the sea and Vesuvius, beautiful blooming territory and helpful people. Toiletries and towels are provided on site and changed if needed. There was also water for us when we arrived. There's a pool with sea water on the territory and there's a path to the sea from the Villa - it's a steep one, but there are transfers from the restaurants and servuces by the seaside. The reception helps with booking a table or renting a scooter and the location is great to relax in peace or get to the sea or the city easily if you want to.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Lubrense. Fabiola was an excellent host, and went out of her way to ensure we had a seamless experience. She gave us excellent recommendations for beaches nearby, and helped us navigate transportation to and from the villa. The location was perfectly located just outside of town, and was a perfect quiet and relaxing getaway. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Sorrento!

Location and views I have already filed a complaint and I am still waiting for a resolution.

Extremely helpful staff. Food was delicious. The views are amazing.

Beautiful Place, comfortable room and bed excellent breakfast, kitchen employees were amazing. Bus stop close by.

The staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful, especially Fabiola Wi-fi and even 5g does not work good in bungalows

The site offers breathtaking scenic views on the Napoli bay area. We used the pool a lot, divided into two practical levels. We had a chalet, which offered exactly what we needed for a cozy stay. The site infrastructures are a little aging but still confortable. The staff was very welcoming.

Tiny showers, we did not fit! There is a super steep hill you have to go up and down to come into the hotel. It is not possible to climb up with multiple bags. Cabs are expensive here since its out of the city, and there is not much around, this is great for relaxing but not if you are trying to do alot of activities.

The breakfast was great and the views were fantastic. The shower stalls were too small and no soap holders.
-
Great view and nice place to stay if you are traveling by car. We even had a free upgrade to our room.
-
Staff were excellent but to early in the season , restaurant and pool still closed so not worth the money , when everything is open it will be great

The pool and pool bar were delightful! The staff were also really really nice Whatever you do, avoid the “bungalow” if you can. We paid a lot to have a cabin style room really far away from the pool, restaurant and town. It also had no air con in the bedroom, no wifi, no cell service, spiders everywhere and a bathroom door that didn’t shut
-
Incredible views of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius from anywhere on the property, conveniently just outside Sorento, very peaceful. Staff was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast had very good options. Rooms are a bit old, but everything worked and was very clean, wifi was weak.

Huge hotel with bar, restaurant and MASSIVE pool which all has unreal views. We stayed in the bungalows and woke in the morning to a view of Mt Vuvsuvis which was to die for. The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating to us. One morning we missed our bus to get to a boat tour for Capri and the staff organised a emergency taxi for us! Fabiola also dropped us in the centre on our departure day which made it stress free. The food at the hotel was delicious and they catered for my vegan friend which was so lovely of them. We also managed to spend a bit of time by the pool which was lush! The staff were always friendly and happy to provide recommendations and have a chat with us which made us feel so comfortable and safe. The rooms were clean and a lot bigger than we expected! We wish we stayed longer! We will be back!

Breakfast was simple but good, staff where very friendly.

The sea view was breathtaking. Along with the vista of capri Capri and mount versuvius. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant is beautiful with further amazing views. Breakfast was simple but lovely. You can also get a cooked or pancake on request. Staff were very helpful. My only complaint which we mentioned was an occasional very strong smell of sewage only in the bathroom. The shower was also blocked. But the staff did get this fixed immediately.
