Staff and cleanliness I was ready to write a glowing review of this place, the staff was so nice and the place looked so clean and inviting. However, it started with a toilet that kept running until my sister fixed it, a shower and phone that didn’t work. No tv remote, plug outlet I had to get on my hands and knees to access, lights that didn’t work, no washcloths since shower wouldn’t work. The room obviously was not ready for guests. No signage on outside

Booked it as emergency stay after flight cancellation. So it was great that hotel is 10 min away from the airport. Room was big and clean. Despite 2 people of the staff at the reception desk, I had to wait 25 minutes (!!!) for people before me to complete their check in, it was exhausting and really unexplainable for me why it takes so long.

Location for the metro to get to the airport...you can visit the beach and plenty of great places to eat ... The room was a bit dated but as they're building an extension i expect good things to come

Good value for money. Close to metro. The double glazed windows are old so the sound proof it's not that great so you can hear the metro. Also there was works on the building next to the hotel, so I couldn't sleep from 8 ISH ?... Lots of drealing and banging noises

The day lady with glasses at reception is always extremely accommodating and polite, fantastic customer care skills. She is mostly the reason I and my husband always go back to this hotel. However, the rest of the staff are also extremely good. The noise from the next door building due to constant and ongoing building works.
