Hotel-Garni Pramstraller

One night, my friend became unwell and caused a small stain on the bed sheet. We immediately removed the sheet and carefully checked the bed. There was no further damage. When the receptionist contacted us about this, her attitude was condescending, accusatory, and intimidating. Without any proper explanation, she demanded €50 in cash so she would not have to issue a receipt. Although we were fully willing to pay any reasonable cleaning costs, her approach was very rude and unfair. She then claimed that both the bed sheet and pillow had to be thrown away, while the cleaning staff later told us that the pillowcase had simply been washed. The following day, we were suddenly accused of having vomited on the balcony, which absolutely did not happen. When we asked for proof, none could be provided. She continued to blame us and refused to seek a reasonable solution. At checkout, we were told that we would “have a problem” if we did not pay. After an extremely uncomfortable and stressful confrontation, we felt forced to hand over €50 in cash, once again without any official invoice. Although the amenities in hotel were great, and we were hopeful for a pleasant stay, it ended up being stressful and frustrating. For these reasons, we unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.

I like the staff, the location and room a lot. The hot water for bath came up a bit slow.

Clean, felt safe, friendly staff, easy to organise late check in. Lovely stay. 7 minute walk to the main lift for skiing.

Very good breakfast. Buffet style with a great choice of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, preserves and cheeses. Different types of bread and hot scrambled, boiled eggs and bacon. A little bar would be nice as a solo traveller to use in the evening but then the hotel would not be so nice and quiet

The breakfast was amazing. The hotel was very tidy. Not fancy, but everything functioned very well. Rooms were well soundproof. Beds comfortable. The location was in the more quieter part of the village, after-ski was taken place elsewhere, a walking distance away. It was super easy to jump on the ski buses. Train station was a couple of blocks away.

Hotel is very clean and beds are comfortable , breakfast is tasty would like a few more options staff very accommodating at breakfast. We left a room key card locked in our room we rang out of hours reception many times no answer ? we ended up having to stay in a friend's room as we couldn't get in to ours this was very worrying as I was panicking as I had medication in the room lucky we had friends staying otherwise we would have been very stuck.Also it's a bit cheeky to ask for a 5 euro replacement of key card on check out if you left card in room. Also was standing at the door at 10.04am and was rudely asked to leave , lady could clearly see I was packed and ready just doing a final once to make sure I had everything her manners were not very nice.

Room was large with a reading table and sitting couch. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with just about everything one could want to eat for breakfast. Very modern and clean. Good walking location on Main street and close to two cable cars and area hiking/skiing. nothing
