Very central location especially when traveling by train. Spacious room, very clean room and facilities, very helpful staff.

The hotel is an easy 5-minute stroll from the railway station, making arrival by train easy. Check-in was quick, friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious, with plenty of space to hang clothes, a sofa, table and chairs, etc. And the room design is beautiful, with lots of wood paneling. The balcony had a lovely view and - luckily, due to the weather being a little damp - was covered, so we could enjoy it even when there was rain. Breakfast was served buffet style with a good number of options and quality produce, and they offered to cook eggs and bacon too (we're light breakfasters, so the choice on the buffet was already plentiful for us!) The two cable cars of Mayrhofen are easily reached from the hotel on foot, one about 10 minutes away and the other within 15 minutes. That plus being close to the train and bus station made it really convenient for exploring the Zillertal valley. Our room was above the street, and with the windows open to keep the room cool there was a little noise (partly from people, but also due to the nearby church's bells, which thankfully don't ring all night!)

Clean, tidy, beautifully authentic Austrian hotel with personal service spacious rooms and fantastic value for money. Nice breakfast and superb coffee in the morning. Also great ski storage room and our gear was dry by morning. I kept forgetting to ask for another pillow because the one in the room was a bit thin should have done it sooner I’m sure they would have supplied another

We had a spacious room with two balconies.The owner was very hospitable and was able to accommodate us at short notice after we were let down by our first accommodation option Some extra facilities like a spa would have made it perfect.
