Beautiful hotel with kind staff. Excellent breakfast with a great selection of everything. Half-board also available. Close to city center of Mayrhofen. Indoor heated pool + outdoor heated pool with terrace Family room just above the hotel bar with DJ’s till midnight ?

We enjoyed the food and the alternative menu options. Breakfast, is exceptional. The spa and roof top pool are delightful although the roof top pool was too chilly for a few of our group. Fantastic boot store area. Robes and slippers are provided to use whilst you stay along with the basics to wash with. Towels are provided for the rooms are large and you have use of large pool towels as well. Our party had three rooms which were across two different buildings. The church bells ring out VERY loud from 06.30am until 11pm each day. Pillows in the room are so thin even doubled up.

Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room Very convenient for ski bus and ski hire One minor issue - the outdoor pool is supposed to be adult only after 6pm but there were several children in the pool when we were there after 6pm

The food is great, the facilities are lovely, it's in a good part of town, and the staff are super friendly. Some of the rooms can feel a little basic. No kettle or tea/coffee-making facilities.

We had a half board service and it was a great decision. Both breakfast and dinner where very good and the service and staff was exceptional. The outdoor Rooftop swimming pool is a cool experience. The SPA was excetional, with multiple options, and an internal heated pool. They have (outdoor) parking and a Ski room, although we kept our ski equipment in a locker at the ski lift which was very efficient.
