All of rooms and suites have a balcony or a terrace and feature solid wooden furniture and satellite TV. The bathroom comes with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Everything was working in a good way. There might not be anything outstanding but nothing bad. The breakfast was quite good. Nothing bad...

Great location at the lower end of the village. Close to railway / bus station (2mins walk)

I liked everything. Especially the wide offer of activities for all ages. The room was incredibly thought through and perfect for families. We spent most time at the kids club, which was beautifully equipped, pool, table tennis and trampoline, petting zoo and play ground. Only thing that would have made it even better would be a possibility to have dinner earlier. As the time was quite late for kids with a regular bed time at 7pm. Unfortunately, we have one of those kids that no matter what time they go to bed, they wake up at 6 am anyways. So our boy was forced to be tired every day, which made the holiday a little difficult.

The room was quite large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The spa and other public areas were lovely Tea/ coffee making facilities or cooled water not available either in the room or anywhere else in the hotel except the spa area. It was very hot throughout the hot in the hotel, we turned the room radiator off and had to sleep with the door and window open. The staff seemed very abrupt and sometimes even rude.

The many facilities, staff, convenience. Seems a nice thing to do but changing towels could be less (or wait until thrown on floor). (not eco-friendly)

It has a very nice spa area. The restaurant is cosy despite being big. Nothing really.

Breakfast and dinner were very good, plenty of choice . Welcoming reception staff. The sauna and pool (inside / outside) area were amazing. The public bar areas were very comfortable. Great underground car park, accommodates car with roof box.

Good food in a pleasant setting. Spa / sauna was very good. Swimming pool excellent. Inflexible about early start when leaving. Tried to charge twice for one night's drinks. Room was a bit disappointing given that we paid for an upgrade to superior room. Swimming pool could have had 1-2 hours at the end of the day child free.

This property had a great location close to gondola up mountain where we hiked. In addition, it had a pool and sauna and other on property amenities, including breakfast and dinner.

The hotel overall is exceptional, the room was spacious with modern and luxurious furniture. The facilities the hotel has are vast and unique (you can do a lot without leaving the hotel). The staff and the level of hospitality is top notch. They provide each guest with a personalized services. The only take and the main reason for my big disappointment is the misleading information they provided as part of the details and features advertised for their rooms and one of my first and main reason to book this hotel is the Air-conditioned rooms while in reality they DON’T have an air conditioner in their rooms. Another issue i found disturbing is that there is no remote control in the room for the TV

We had an all inclusive package which was excellent. Facilities at the hotel were excellent. Everywhere was clean and tidy and there was a lot of space to move around as the hotel was big. Food was amazing - faultless and catered for everyone. Cannot find anything negative to say. Accommodation was Duplex Suite but we were given a duplex with a separate room for the additional bedroom, which was a bit disappointing as we were hoping to stay together as a family. However, having separate rooms did allow us privacy so it wasn't so bad, as we were adults and needed our own space.
