The family-run Posthotel Mayrhofen offers a quiet location right in the center of Mayrhofen in the Ziller Valley, a 10-minute walk from the Penkenbahn Cable Car and offer panoramic mountain views from the terrace. A ski bus stop is right outside. All rooms are furnished in Tyrolean style and feature a flat-screen cable TV and a bathroom. In the morning, a rich breakfast buffet with many regional products is served. Half board can be booked on site against a surcharge and is served at a neighboring hotel. Staff were so friendly and really helpful. The ski bus stopping just outside the door was excellent. Daily cleaning of rooms along with a great breakfast really made this hotel top class. No tea/coffee making facilities in room.

I love the location, staffs, breakfast, cleanliness, WiFI and EXCELLENT service. The price of the hotel is affordable too. I would highly recommend this hotel for all seasons. NONE.

I had a lovely stay at here. The location is perfect but mainly the staff were excellent. They accommodated an addition of my friend; Nadia on reception always said hello when I walked in the door after a day in the hills and the ladies at breakfast always remembered that I liked coffee with milk at breakfast. These little things made it feel special. I will definitely stay again if I am back in Mayrhofen. Thank you, Beth

Beyond helpful and patient receptionists helped me cancel my mountain walk due to new snow and rain. Thank you! Wonderful comfortable stay with excellent breakfast. Very popular hotel so book early. There's nothing to dislike here easy access to everything Mayrhofen has to offer.

Great staff, great breakfast. smallish room but I was in a single. Always kept clean, although decor was a bit dated. Location was about a 10 minute walk to the Penken (we always walked as we enjoy the stroll). pretty close to all the main places you need. pavements were sheet ice, but not the hotels fault!
