Hibatullah Hotel Makkah

Mr Yehia, in the restaurant, was outstanding, very helpful and very friendly.

I had a great stay at Hibatullah Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and everything was well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I especially want to thank Ahmed Al Ali for his outstanding customer service. He was professional and his hospitality truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and the location was excellent. I would especially like to thank Jamal from the housekeeping team. He took great care of my room throughout my stay, was always friendly and respectful, and made sure everything was clean and well-stocked. His professionalism and kindness really made a difference. Super close and a good price and the works like noor Mohammed where amazing nice people that always checked up on me and where super nice View but that’s out of there control Maybe add a microwave and a bigger mini fridge

I like the Staff since I entered the Reception lady ((Marwa) who made my check out seemingly easy and the porter (Othman) was very nice who pointed me to the right directions around the Hotel. I also liked the housekeeping guys (Mansour and Abdullah at 7th Floor) who were always quick and responsive to my needs with their smile. Also, Ahmed Alaly in the cafeteria was so nice. Some black stains at the room 707 carpet. And the shower head was leaking water. Needs a plumber to fix it.

House keeping was excellent especially Amin who took care all required.as well reception staff was very supportive.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the level of service. The staff were very professional and attentive throughout my visit. A special mention goes to Amin (level 14) from housekeeping—he was extremely cooperative and always served us with a warm, friendly smile. I had a good stay at Hibat Allah Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I would like to thank Mr. Amin Nurul for his professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude. Housekeeping did a great job, and the room was kept clean and in good condition throughout my stay. I recommend this hotel to other guests.

Location advantage however its in a crowded area. Difficulty in parking (even temporarily) as its in main traffic route.
