The price. Nice breakfast. Free parking space. Location (u can walk to masjidil haram during winter time). Walking distance around 15-20 minutes. Free shuttle bus to & from Masjidil Haram. Many shops and small restaurant around the hotel. Location (not advisable to walk to masjidil haram during summer time). The suttle bus only send/drop you halfway to masjidil haram.

Clean hotel and comfortable rooms

Location was not very near to haram and breakfast needs to increase range as very less item of choice was available

I loved my stay at Taj Park. The staff are great. The room was great. Very clean. The only complaint I have is with the shuttle busses. Even though they say 24 hour shuttle bus, the busses wait for more than hour an hour to depart. When I brought it to the bus drivers attention, the staff at the bus station area made fun of me because I spoke in English. It was extremely unpleasant. Especially after praying all night, when you are ready to go back to the hotel, they take forever to depart ( even though there's another bus right next to it and the bus is full with passengers) regardless of your emergency. The bus driver literally stood there smoking and chit chatting with a man while the bus was full with people. And mind you, he didn't even bother to turn on the air conditioner. So this was the only inconvenience I faced. I wasted a lot of time just in traveling back and forth to the hotel.
