Breakfast have to be improved

What truly made our stay special was the exceptional kindness of the staff. Everyone—from the shuttle bus drivers to the housekeeping, room service, buffet staff, and front desk team—was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They all showed so much love to my son, Bilal, and by the end of our 5-day stay, everyone knew him by name. That personal touch meant a lot to our family. The room service staff were outstanding. Even when we forgot to request water, coffee, or other essentials, they would knock on our door and kindly ask if we needed anything. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail were truly appreciated. I unfortunately forgot the name of the gentleman at the front desk who checked us in, but he deserves special recognition. Our flight from Canada was delayed, and I arrived very late. He stayed until the early morning to make sure we checked in safely and that everything was in order. He was also very easy to reach on WhatsApp before our arrival, helping us arrange our room and the number of beds we needed. If I had known how amazing this hotel and its staff were, I would have booked it for my entire stay in Makkah. Unfortunately, I had already reserved another hotel for the second week, and it was non-refundable. Otherwise, I would have happily extended my stay here. Overall, we had an excellent experience with a genuinely caring and professional team. Thank you for making our Umrah trip even more memorable. We look forward to staying with you again next year, in shaa Allah.

Good, but menu is almost similar for all the days Main disturbing is every time we need to recharge room key card

- Quiet interior , clean and neat room. - Air conditioning is good but cooler on kids. - Private bathroom is great and smells clean. - I liked the soft and new towels. - Personal use and shower tools are all at hand. - Notepapers, water bottles, cups, stirring sticks، tissues, coffee and tea are available. - Breakfast is delicious. - Bathroom is small in size but functional. - There was no indicator of the Water heater power switch. You should ask reception. - No Haram View, or street view. - The power socket and couple of switches is placed at the center of bed, but behind the pillow and mattress, so it’s inaccessible and not safe.

Very bad experience Wrong information, it was mentioned on booking.com that there is a shuttle service however i have been told at hotel that it is not available. Not recommended at all. (Jun26)

Don’t stay here

Good location. Still have to walk around 10-15 minutes but do able. Breakfast was not good.

Food in the breakfast dinner was okay

Everything, Room, space, facilities were all good, particularly the breakfast in the morning was very good and handy as well, particularly the omlette and fresh egg chef was very helpful and nice food. daytime staff was helpful and cooperative. 1. The window lock handle was broken and very unsafe for children but this could be a one off thing in that one room. we informed them at the time and but would be good to be fixed as its dangerous for small kids. 2. The staff at night time (3am to 5am) did not know any english at all (not a single word) so was struggling with him for some time and spent about 40mins on reception to sort out the room.

They have a bus that takes to the haram every 20-30min. But I would recommend walking as its faster than the bus. For a young person will be around a 12-15 min walk about 20 for an older person The iftar and suhoor were not the greatest. Suhoor was definitely better than Iftar. But again to be honest we didnt mind it. We just grabbed a quick bite and went to prayers. They also give you the flexibility to chose between iftar and/or suhoor which was great as it give you more flexibility.

The breakfast was very good, the reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The WiFi was good The bus service to ElHaram was very bad, we had to wait long time for the bus to arrive , I used private taxi every day

Disgusting. all they had was beans and boiled eggs for 45%. food was nasty, room was dirty ,
