The staff was great. I asked for a late check-in and everyone was very helpful. The parking space was very narrow. If you have bigger cars it is preferred to park outside

No bus to the Haram, and transportation is not easy.

Clean Not slippers at room you have to ask the reception for it

Best thing is location Price is fair and good Small parking but it did the job Shower need enhancement

Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel is very clean and the location is excellent. The only issue was that there was no daily housekeeping service, and the tea, sugar, and tissues were provided only once as a welcome amenity and were not replenished during my stay. Other than that, everything was good.

I only requested water, but the staff immediately said, “We cannot give you water,” and then hung up the phone without asking whether I was willing to pay for it or not. Hanging up on a customer is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service. This experience was disappointing and does not meet basic standards of professionalism or customer care. Once I arrived to the hotel they told me sorry there is no available room! I told the receptionist to return my money but unfortunately he told me I cant! They were unprofessional

Great location very clean and great service

It was clean and its near to the Haramain station The staff need more training. 1. Although I confirmed that I booked a king bed and the employee assured me the room matched my booking, I was given separate beds ?. 2. I gave the staff my laundry and they said it would be ready the same day. It wasn’t. Then they said it would be ready the next afternoon, but I received it two hours later than promised.
