This hotel was awesome. About a 30-35 minute walk from the Haram. My last three stays in Makkah were with family in the Fairmont and I personally enjoyed this room at Narjes Al Hadeqa hotel much more than the “5 star Fairmont”. I stayed here the last 10 nights of Ramadan 2025/1446. The rooms are so thoughtful with usb chargers built into the wall outlet. The bathrooms were super clean, the beds were nice and firm and no scents in the room. Thank you Narjes Al Hadeqa management and staff! This hotel is one of the best hotels have ever seen. The staff are amazing. And not far to Harram.

Looks different than it shows in pictures, it was clean but was a expensive for what it actually is especially in Ramadan season

The hotel was clean, it had all the facilities you would need, and the staff was super friendly It's location is very far from the Haram, and at and after Isha prayer there's no bus to haram so you'll pay approximately 30 SAR to go to the haram otherwise the hotel was very good

During Ramadan, they offer the Simple breakfast 35 SR No bus to Masjid Alhram It's 40 Min ?♂️ Or taxi10 SR Going 20 SR for Return

The room was excellent. I wasn't expecting such a beautifully done room with chic furniture, painting and smiley cushion. No less than Crowne Plaza and holiday Inn express. The guy who designed the rooms need a big thumbs up from me. Thanks to the owner for his taste and vision. The management should improve. They are giving their best, best but still need improvement. There is no in-house restaurant, this is a problem because there are nothing around the hotel.
