Fair for the price we paid Location is too far from the haram. Coming back from the haram no transport, the bus is never there

On 12th floor water flow was very low. Also no hot water at all. I contacted receptionist and tried to help but same story. There was issue with towels. Only one towel person and no other small towels. Even after asking the cleaning team no one provided any the towel. The cleaning persons were also hesitant to give more than one toilet tissue roll. Only one tissue roll for 2 persons to use for 24 hours. I have been visiting Makkah since more than 50 years but I never had these problems in any of the hotels I have ever stayed.

Overall, it served its purpose well for an Umrah stay. The distance from Haram requires reliance on shuttle transport, which can be crowded at peak prayer times. Some facilities feel a bit dated and could benefit from better maintenance. Check-in and check-out could also be smoother.

The hot water in the shower wasn’t always available. It would be helpful to have a frequent shuttle to the haram?
