Nothing — this is the worst hotel I have ever visited The level of cleanliness and hygiene at the hotel is completely unacceptable. The furniture, towels, carpets, and curtains were all in very poor and unclean condition, making the stay highly uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Due to these conditions, I had to make alternative arrangements and book another hotel. I would not recommend this property, and I hope the management takes immediate action to address these serious issues.

The reception staff and the employees in general were very nice and helpful Clean hotel Good value for money The shuttle system is excellent available to and from haram 24/7 (except fridays 9am-2pm)…very convenient and takes about 5-10 mins to haram and then a walk to the inside of haram (10 more minutes i think) The hotel honestly exceeded my expectations and it won’t be the last time inshAllah Overall Not much But the up slope when coming back to the hotel is a bit steep and will be difficult especially to someone with knee issues

Everything. It was my first time. I was supposed to book Al Kiswah, But i didn't get that on my dates. After checking the reviews i booked thi property & its mind blowing. They are charging very nominal amount & in return the provided services are exceptional. Special Thanks to MD Ershad & MD Shajibul for the great hospitality. I will highly recommend it. Much better than Voco & Kiswah N/A
