Room is good, breakfast is excellent and bus is superb. all are great, i always preferer to stay here during my visit in Makkah almost every 3 to 4 months. Location of hotel, staff of hotel, room everything is perfect.

This is my second visit four years later and this time shuttle service is WAY better, either availability or stop locations. Same spotless cleanliness and spacious rooms! Checking in is still a nightmare; English speaking staff are rarely available, mostly supervisors/managers only and not all of receptionists are on the same level of friendliness.

الاستقبال كان مثالي، في استضافة بالقهوة العربية والحلى والتمر، غرفة واسعة ونظيفة، في مكان لعب للاطفال، يمكن تترك طفلك يلعب وتعمل عمرة في راحتك، الساعة ب 25 ريال والآنسات هناك متخلقين ويتعاملو معاملة جيدة جدا مع الاطفال، والمكان نظييييف جدا.

Location and the convenience access to Haram Window cleaner was seen early morning. Immediately closed the curtain. Keeping hearing sounds someone are working.

It’s good property according to rate , location with transport facilities, it will take 10 minutes walk + 5 minutes bus to reach Haram. Request some cleaning but staff took too much time to attend my requirements

Their is no shopping market near by or in the hotel and buffet variety was very less and the food quality was low

The room was clean, quiet, and the location was not too far from the Haram The staff were very helpful and friendly Nothing

The staff or employees are very responsive, helpful and nice. They warmly welcome me when I came for check-in. The Executive Room is luxurious and fully furnished. I enjoyed staying there and will surely stay there again if I come to Mekkah next time.
