all ok except next point Second Room AC was not working so i suffer few hours despite of reminder. after not resolution Hotel upgraded me on room to Suite. i am very thankful.

Its convenient location , free parking , comfortable rooms & good breakfast. Little far away from haram , you need to take taxi if u miss shuttle bus or it is delayed.

Nothing not to like it is cheaper because u take the shuttle bus to the haram but it drives every 30 minutes so i had no problem with that

There’s a smell in the bathroom of the two rooms we booked They don’t serve coffees like espresso and other coffees except instant coffee

Bad airconditioner and bathroom very old and the water is weak We can’t sleep because too hot

The receptionists were very helpful. Shuttle buses were helpful but if you miss one then it is not easy to find Uber in rush hours. If you choose to go with a regular taxi then the max you should pay is 10 Saudi Rials. Calling the reception for housekeeping takes a bit of time. The hotel’s location is excellent, but it is situated on a hill with slopes and inclines, making walking tiring

Near haram has a shuttle service which is nice Food is good There is sometimes an old smell but not that strong

Everything is very good. The rooms the welcoming staff and the bus service. Only issue is getting on the bus while returning from haram is a task due to miss management by people at the bus station and also they keep only one or 2 gates open. But this is not an issue from the hotel. NA
